It's a bit like a fairy tale
Once upon a time, vegetarians didn't have much choice, restaurants were full of meat and vegetables were scarce. Our heroes - three brave friends from Iran - decided to change this. Maryam, Sarah, Azadeh and their dream - a delicious and fresh vegetable buffet was cultivated in their minds. They took help from the greatest vegetarian chefs and modern methods and their art and taste and opened the first green spring food restaurant in 2003.
But this was just the beginning and fighting with problems turned into a hard and attractive daily exercise to improve skills and strengthen the mind to improve the quality, taste and color of food as much as possible.
